El Clan tells the true story of the Puccios, an affluent family from San Isidro, an upper-class suburb of Buenos Aires, Argentina during the period between 1982 and 1985. The Puccios engage in a series of kidnappings for ransom, holding their victims captive until they secure the desired payment.
